Student Scholarship Agreement Packet Paperwork. You will need to complete and submit the marked portions on all pages, after which you will receive an electronic copy via email. Review fields carefully. Retain your copy for future reference.

Final Disclosure, which gives you until midnight on the third day after receiving it to cancel the Freedom Scholarship. You will sign this form in acknowledgement of obtainment and that’s it! You’re all set!
Keep these documents in a secure location for the future.
Know that disbursement of scholarship funds takes a few more days after paperwork completion.
